We’ve just been engaged to create a promotional film for a new restaurant set to open in 2018. 


But Elijah’s Bar and Grill is no ordinary restaurant. 

Proprietor Zach Green, an Indigenous Victorian man, plans to open a fusion restaurant, serving Aboriginal bush tucker foods combined with modern cuisine. Zach’s vision is to use the restaurant as a platform to seed other Indigenous business and to promote stories about remote communities and Aboriginal culture. 

Ferment Collaborate will work with Zach and his team in 2017 to produce a short promotional film for the restaurant. 

We’ll share project updates, images and eventually the promotional film in July 2017.
